Are there refunds?
Our events are planned months in advance. We strive for the freshest food choices, seasonal decor, and perfected entertainment. Due to these circumstances we do not offer any refunds. This gala is sold as non-refundable; please review ticket insurance options at checkout.
What is the parking situation?
Parking garages and metered parking are available within walking distance of the venue. However, we only validate for the parking garage directly north of the venue. The max daily rate is $15. If you would like to purchase an add-on "advance purchase parking pass" for $15 you can have less stress of worrying where you are going to park downtown. Otherwise, we recommend using TRAX, Uber, Lyft, or other forms of public transportation.
